Lines 2 and 7 declare the kul:documentPage. As we remember, each JSP tag or taglet has a name space; tags from Kuali Rice use Rice use the "kul" namespace and each module in KFS has its own namespace (like, "sys", "gl" and "fin"). The "html" namespace comes from Struts, of course.
